Following the ongoing pandemic, the Italian Championships have been postponed although no date has been confirmed yet.
The Tour de France could go ahead in August, according to the governing body UCI and the organisers ASO, with suggestions of postponement for the Giro in September and La Vuelta in October. The dates for the Tour have been set as 29th August to 20th September 2020 (the date of the start of the World Championships). La Course by Le Tour will be rescheduled for 18th September. No other women races have been reassigned as yet.
Philippe Gilbert has been fined while training outdoors around Monaco, while the Principality is in lockdown.
